Vinification : -Complete de-stemming, direct pressing followed by a racking of the must at low temperature (6°C) during 24 hours. - Slow fermentation at low temperature (14°C) where one part of the natural sugars is not turned into alcohol.
Ageing : Maturing in stainless steel tank with a stirring of the fine lees each month
Tasting This wine enjoys an excellent aromatic palette: fresh grape, rose petal, exotic fruit, mango, white peach, menthol. The attack has a lot of freshness, is full and creamy in the mouth with a lively and elegant finish, with no heaviness. Serving suggestion: as an apéritif, with foie gras, cheese, dessert or sorbet.
